About Rupak

Mr. Rupak Aich is an Author, Human Resource Management Expert and Academician, renowned Motivational Speaker and a trainer. He is a science Graduate and done Hotel Management from IHM Bhopal in 1994 and PGDBA-HR from Symbioses Pune. He started his career in Hospitality Industry as a Chef, after that he moved ahead as an academician at Food Craft Institute. He left FCI after a few years and joined Human Resource domain and after that he never looked back. He formulated and implemented functional best practices to focus on development of abilities to meet present and future goals of business and it is well praised by the industry. He has built people practices to meet the need of industry by following a principle called Disciplined People.
